there is no ‘true’ m(e). just as there is no ‘true’ form of a river.
but there are forms of m(e) that flow more peacefully, more joyfully, more freely, and environments that make such flowing more possible. and most (though certainly not all) of the time the direction of flow should be towards those forms and their supporting environments.
